Living Daily
Here are 7- count em- 7 tips for living daily. Well, you ask, “ What is the alternative to Living daily?” Simply put- the alternative is leaving this world sooner than you desire. If we came with an owners manual this would be included.
1- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Walking is great and it’s the activity of choice. More stringent forms may be used. A little stretching wouldn’t hurt!
2- Brush and floss those teeth. Yes it will help you keep them. It’s good for your
what ails you. Good oral hygiene just makes sense.
3- Drink plenty of water. Green tea makes a fine addition, also. Let’s flush out those
toxins.
4- Pop those pills! Some supplements are good, some are necessary. Do your own
research to find what works for you. But here are some starters. Get in the habit
of taking omega 3’s or substitute a bunch of walnuts and non-fried fish. A baby aspirin is recommended along with co-q-10.
5- Meditate at least 5 minutes each day. Take time out of the loud, clanging day to
find the sound of silence- at least within your mind.
6- Get a good night’s sleep. 7 or 8 hours is best. Be sure you have a good bed with
comfortable covers. A little end of day meditation and deep breathing and you
off to a great night’s rest.
7- Be gentle with yourself. Everything doesn’t get done every day. Don’t beat
yourself up when things don’t go as planned. This is a daily plan. Another
day will come. Do your best each day.
